Service scope, code of conduct,
agreements openly stated

This Terms of Service is designed to answer one question before you start: what does this service provide, what doesn't it provide, and what do you need to follow while using it. The agreement fully sets out the service content, access methods, and technical support boundaries, explaining node coverage, connection quality, fault handling, and notification mechanisms. It also lists the code of conduct, strictly prohibiting use for unlawful purposes, and clarifies violation handling and account control rules. The agreement is publicly available, and updates are announced in advance — clear agreements safeguard your smooth, confident, and compliant use of every network service.

Start with these three

The agreement is long, but these three decide how you use it

If you don't want to read from start to finish, look at these three first: what the service provides, what you can't do while using it, and what happens if the terms are violated. The rest of the agreement expands these into specific clauses.

01
Service scope

We provide client software, node connections, and encrypted transmission. Nodes cover multiple commonly used regions, and connection quality is determined jointly by service-side scheduling and the transmission path.

02
Code of conduct

The service may be used only for lawful purposes. Network attacks, spreading unlawful content, infringing on the rights of others, or disrupting normal network operation are strictly prohibited.

03
Violation handling

Measures are taken according to severity: notices, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination. We inform you of the reason where possible, and serious violations lead to direct termination per the agreement.

04
Agreement updates

Substantive updates are publicly posted with version and effective date in advance, with key points explained through an in-client notice so you have time to review the changes.

01

Acceptance and applicability

This Terms of Service is an agreement between you and QuickQ VPN regarding the use of related services. When you download, install, sign in to, or use the service in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to accept all of its contents. If you do not agree with any clause of this agreement, please stop using the related services.

This agreement applies to QuickQ VPN's client software, official website, and related services. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized by that organization and accept this agreement on its behalf.

Relationship to the privacy policy

This agreement covers service scope and usage rules; for how information is collected, used, and protected, please refer to the privacy policy. The two documents complement each other and together form the complete agreement for your use of the service.

02

Service content and access methods

To make "what the service provides" as clear as possible, the service content and access methods are listed separately below.

Service content

  • Client software: covering mainstream desktop and mobile operating systems, with installers and version updates.
  • Node connections: nodes in multiple commonly used regions, with connection and line switching initiated from the client.
  • Encrypted transmission: once the connection is established, data stays encrypted throughout transmission.
  • Account service: one account spanning every device, syncing subscription status and preferences.
  • Support service: tutorials, FAQ answers, and troubleshooting guidance through the Help Center.

Access methods

  • Download the installer for your system from the official page.
  • After installing, sign in with your QuickQ account and initiate a connection from the main screen.
  • Connections can be initiated with the switch on the main screen, and lines can be switched at any time.
  • Subscription plans can be selected and changed on the subscription page.
Note: Service content may be adjusted with version updates. New capabilities are added with accompanying notes, and adjustments are announced in advance.
03

Technical support and boundaries

A responsible agreement should clearly state what's supported and what isn't. Both categories are listed below to avoid the gap that comes from "assuming something is covered when it isn't."

Item
Explanation
✓ Service-side support
Node service availability, connection establishment, and the encrypted transmission mechanism are maintained and optimized on our side.
✓ Node coverage
Coverage spans multiple commonly used regions, with maintenance on a regular update rhythm. Nodes in abnormal states are adjusted promptly, without waiting for you to notice and report.
✓ Connection quality optimization
The backbone network and node scheduling keep improving, and line selection factors in real-time network quality.
✓ Fault handling
Service-side anomalies are investigated and fixed per process, with progress synced through the page or in-client notices.
✕ Your local network
Your network bandwidth, carrier policies, and local routing conditions are not within our scope of support.
✕ Device system state
System version, permission settings, and security software blocking can affect use and need to be handled locally on your end.
✕ Third-party services
The availability and behavior of third-party websites or services reached through this service are not under our control and are not within scope.
✕ Force majeure
Service interruptions caused by natural disasters, large-scale network failures, or other force majeure are not within scope, though we will do our best to restore service.
Fault handling mechanism: When service-side anomalies occur, we investigate and fix them per process. For situations with broad impact, progress is synced through page announcements or in-client notices.
04

Account and subscription

The account is your credential for using the service, and the subscription determines how long you can use it and the scope of benefits. This section explains the relationship between the two.

Account usage

  • One account can manage multiple devices; the exact number of simultaneous connections depends on your current plan.
  • Please keep your account credentials secure and do not transfer, lend, or share the account with others.
  • Actions under the account are considered your own actions; please take responsibility for operations performed under it.
  • If you notice account anomalies, you can find the corresponding handling path through the Help Center.

Subscription rules

  • Once a subscription takes effect, the benefits within the corresponding cycle are fully unlocked, and costs are fully published before ordering.
  • Auto-renewal is optional and can be turned on or off in account settings at any time.
  • After turning off auto-renewal, the current cycle continues to run normally until it expires.
  • After the subscription expires, service permissions are suspended accordingly and resume immediately upon renewal.
05

Code of conduct

This is the most important section of the agreement. To make "what you can do" and "what you can't do" clear at a glance, both are laid out in two columns below.

✓ Permitted use

Normal use of service features

  • Accessing public network content and services
  • Cross-region collaboration, file sync, and remote meetings
  • Protecting data transmission on public networks
  • Using the same account across multiple devices you own
  • Using all unlocked benefits normally under your subscription
✕ Prohibited conduct

Unlawful use and harm to others

  • Any use that violates laws or regulations
  • Network attacks, scanning, intrusion, or disrupting network operation
  • Spreading unlawful content or infringing on the rights of others
  • Unauthorized access to others' systems or data
  • Using the service for fraud, gambling, or other illegal activities
  • Transferring, renting out, or reselling the account or service
  • Bypassing service limits or disrupting normal service operation
Important notice: This service is strictly prohibited from use for any unlawful purpose. You bear the corresponding responsibility for all actions carried out using this service — please use it only within the bounds of law and compliance.
06

Violation handling and account control

When conduct violates this agreement, we take measures according to severity. The principle is to inform you first where possible, escalate progressively, and terminate directly for serious violations.

LEVEL 01

Notice and reminder

For initial or minor anomalies, we notify you through in-client or page notices, giving you a chance to adjust on your own.

LEVEL 02

Feature restriction

For persistent violations, we restrict some features or suspend connection permissions depending on the situation, stating the reason and conditions for restoration.

LEVEL 03

Suspension or termination

For serious violations or conduct that continues after notice, we suspend or terminate account service. Serious violations lead to direct termination per the agreement.

Handling principles

  • We inform you of the reason where possible, so you know where the issue lies.
  • Measures match the severity of the violation — a single minor issue does not lead to excessive measures.
  • If you believe the handling is mistaken, you can submit an explanation and appeal through the Help Center.
  • Where the law or regulation expressly requires it, we cooperate per legal process.
07

Service changes and interruption notices

The service may change due to version updates, node adjustments, or operational needs. For changes that may affect your use, we notify you in advance wherever possible.

Types of changes

  • New features: New capabilities ship with each version, with matching notes added alongside.
  • Feature adjustments: Changes affecting how you use the service are announced with key points in advance.
  • Node adjustments: Node additions, removals, or scheduling changes are reflected in the client.
  • Planned maintenance: Maintenance that may affect connections is announced through page or in-client notices in advance.

Notification methods

  • Page announcements: changes with broad impact are posted on the official website.
  • In-client notices: changes directly affecting use are explained with key points through in-client notices.
  • Update notes: version updates include change notes for you to review.
08

Intellectual property

The service's client software, interface design, text content, and related marks are protected by intellectual property law. Without authorization, they may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes.

  • You may install and use the client on your own devices as set out in this agreement.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to obtain source code is not permitted.
  • Removing or altering copyright notices or rights statements in the software is not permitted.
  • Redistributing, reselling, or otherwise using the service or software commercially is not permitted.
09

Scope of responsibility

We do our best to keep the service stable and secure within the service-side scope. At the same time, the boundaries of responsibility also need to be stated, so both sides have clear expectations for their own parts.

What we are responsible for

  • Maintaining node availability and connection quality within the service-side scope.
  • Investigating and fixing service-side anomalies per process, and syncing progress.
  • Protecting your information and data security as set out in the privacy policy.

Situations beyond the service-side scope

  • Usage issues caused by your local network, device state, or system settings.
  • Consequences arising from your use of the service in violation of this agreement.
  • Effects from the availability and behavior of third-party websites or services.
  • Service interruptions caused by force majeure.
Suggestion: If you run into a usage issue, walk through the troubleshooting flow in the Help Center first — most cases can be resolved on your own. Situations beyond that can also find their corresponding support path through the Help Center.
10

Agreement updates and governing law

This agreement updates as the service and standards change. When there are substantive adjustments, we update the version number and effective date on the page and notify you of the key points through an in-client notice, so you have a chance to understand the changes before continuing to use the service.

How updates are communicated

  • The version information at the top of the page changes with each update.
  • Substantive changes are posted in advance, with key points explained through an in-client notice.
  • Key points from historical versions are preserved for reference, so you can compare changes.

Governing law and dispute resolution

The formation, validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement are governed by the relevant laws and regulations of the place where the service is provided. If a dispute arises between the parties over this agreement, it should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, it is handled in the manner prescribed by law.
